Obama, clinton...many delegates at stake tonight folks!

Obama: 1,745.5 delegates
Clinton: 1,608

2,025 needed for the Democratic nomination.

Indiana: 72 delegates
North Carolina: 115 delegates

I dont think I can make a prediction on this one its really tight! We will find out late tonight and it should be very interesting.

I predict Clinton will win Indiana 53 to 47. Also Obama will win North Carolina 54 to 46. So in the end today was another waste. LOL Although after the PA primary they sayed Obama must win Indiana but of coarse that tone has changed!

mathematically? Clinton can't win even if she wins every single state left 55 to 45%... Obama would still be ahead of her.

her only hope is to convince a large portion of the super dealegates to go her way before ENOUGH go to Obama, or somehow get Michigan and FLA to be counted, but had already agreed that they don't count before she changed her mind and decided they should be counted....

this is part of the reason that Rush's operation chaos has impact, even tho few want to discuss it or admit it.

because the Clintons expect to take the nomination away from Obama by cutting deals within the party.

keep in mind that her husband President Clinton can pick up the phone and get anybody in the world to answer it or return his call immediately. that's media execs, politicians from both parties etc. that's real power...
the fact that she is not already winning large speaks volume to her true unelectebility.

Heh, i saw Katie Couric (SP) come on during NCIS and declare Hillary winner in Indiana an hour ago, but it's been getting MUCH tighter in the last half hour... 48-52.. with more than 25% left to count...

hmmmmm.... a bunch of hillary votes came in and gave her a lead back to 40,000 maybe she will win it by a point or two after all.
he should be strong in the last count from the NW part of the state but it may not be enough to win...

hillary needed at least a 5% win to stay in IMO.... i don't see that...

as for Hillary being the veep? i can only say one word to that: vincefoster. [Eek!]

yeah, she needed a strong win in Indiana and any win in NC...

NC is a crushing win for Obama.

Hillary just declared a win before the count is even in in Indiana. that might hurt tomorrow....

would be fun jobs to be their respective "point guards," as opposed to "shooting guards."

Well, as long as we could take the family on the necessary vacation... [Big Grin]

I read most of it a while ago. Keep in mind though, that it was written by the Ovestock CEO, who has been crying "Naked Shorts!" louder and longer than anyone. For that reason I tended to take some things he said with a grain of salt, BUT it is very interesting, nonetheless.

yeah, i know, but there's this list:

http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold

that sortof backs up much of the rumors.

of course alotof the rumor parts have to be assessed on their own merit, but we actually have proof that OSTK has currently been on that list for most of the last several years. i think it came off for a little while last fall and then got right back on...

Such bias , this mostly is a liberal board with liberal views - lol - Can Obama win without the super delegates? So, why is Obama in the race? Excuse me, but a race is not done until the finish line - one man/woman can be winning but can stumble or be disqualified --

so, let it play out -

sure, let it roll, baby, roll

but this "liberal board" perspective needs some serious adjustment for you wankers. Mostly, we're conservative, market-siders.

Hillary wants to give the gas tax money back that we need to pay for our roads.
MOST people realise this is just robbing Peter to pay Paul...

once the tax breaks are "granted" the oil co's are supposed to pay the difference, and they'll just charge US more...

i don't see what you see, please show us the handouts people are asking for. the handouts Obama has promised.

Hillary is also "promising" to stop foreclosures. i am against that. i think there's a "fix" but stopping foreclosures isn't the answer.

it's not that i support Obama so much, it IS that i want people to discuss the issues directly.

stopping foreclosures a good thing, up to a point.

Not saying we should reward goofy deals, but given my payment history...I *should* not be in the position I'm in with Avelo Mortgage.

Can only assume others out there are like me re: predatory lending.

IMO there's several better solutions than banning foreclosures.

obviously i cannot speak for any specific case Tex, but even predatory loans can be refinanced. haven't yu talked to a lawyer yet?
i understand where you are coming from but Hillary does not offer a reasonable answer.

do you have any idea what will really happen if they suddenly put a halt to all foreclosures? we'd be six months away from a total economic meltdwon and the US dollar will be worthless, we'll need credit cards or wheelbarrows just to go buy gas.
if you think things are bad now just wait for a prohibition on foreclosures.

The foreclosures do have to be stopped if we dont want a depression- but , maybe depression will be a lesson learned for the greed of many -

The regualtors, accountants, govt all are at fault shared with the homeowner for their greed -
The regualtors didnt do their job, the accountants didnt do their job, the govt looked away and the homeowner took the ride of greed ---

So, why should we pay for their greed? maybe, ddepression is the lesson learned -

In a way, let those that made the choice pay the consequences, if it is swiped under the rug, no lessons, and worse crisis later -
