You were banned from a chat room for 3 days? What kind of silly chit is that? Is that supposed to hurt or something?

i only post in the one room anyway cuz it's one of those really odd cases where the SEC suspended it in '05 and the DTCC refuses to clear trades on it since then... we had a thread on it here, but it just died since there wasn't anything happening...
the hub has a different format so you go to a page where only the one stock is supposed to be discussed... the guy clarity that got banned too? he was wondering why we got banned too. we debate without calling each other names.
i suppose i'll get to find out what hubs jail is like after i get "allowed" to post again
it's really retarded... but it might be fun..
better people than me have been thrown in the hub jail.. even some of our old acquaintances...
the stock has not traded (except for a couple gray market days) since sep '05 and scotty refuses to let me even place a sell order.
i expect the SEC hasn't done their job forcing the DTCC to allow the buy-in...
apparently? there's about a BILLION shares NSed into the market on a stock that had a a 4 million OS...
very interesting play, with lots of OPINIONS being "freely shared"...
the hub limits your posting 'till you pay...
pay? so they can collect ad fees too? sheesh....

So you're free of your shackles tomorrow morning? What happens when you bend over to pick up the soap while doing time in the Hub jail?

AAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Yep, all silly and unexplaind reasons. Please tell us, how many screen names have you been through? I can remember back a couple of years ago it was almost a daily occurrence. Poof, you'd be gone and a day later, your warm fuzzy self was back again with a new name.

Six names I believe. But multiple bannings for most of those six. Speaking of alcohol's adverse implications on decision making skills, how's your new employee Munchy doing?

I remember running into you...somewhere...then you were gone, then you were back, when I really needed help here. Do you still remember how/where we first crossed paths?

Best employee I've ever had. Works ten, twelve hour days but only accepts pay for eight. Damn good man right there. Seriously? I haven't heard from him or seen him around since early January.

here's the SEC's position on the case i was banned for trying to clarify. it just came out today.
U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Litigation Release No. 20466 / February 25, 2008 Securities and Exchange Commission v. Mario A. Pino, Civil Action No. 08-CV-353 (MHM) (D.C. Ariz.) Securities and Exchange Commission Charges Individual with Violating Antifraud and Securities Registration Provisions of the Federal Securities Laws
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it filed a complaint in the United Statement District Court for the District of Arizona against Mario A. Pino for violating the antifraud and securities registration provisions of the federal securities laws. The complaint alleges that Mario A. Pino usurped the "corporate identity" of Bancorp International Group, Inc. ("BCIT"), a public shell, by fabricating, issuing, and trading fraudulently issued shares of the company. The complaint also alleges that Pino issued false press releases between May 2 and July 13, 2005, and issued millions of shares of fraudulent BCIT stock to himself and others. The complaint alleges Pino sold 175,005,000 shares, earning profits of $269,033, in unregistered, non-exempt transactions into the resulting inflated market.
The complaint alleges that Pino violated Sections 5(a), 5(c), and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act) and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. The Commission seeks a permanent injunction against Pino, disgorgement, including pre- and post-judgment interest, third tier civil penalties, an officer and director bar, and a penny stock bar. [SEC v. Mario A. Pino, Civil Action No. 08-CV-353 (MHM), U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona] (LR-20466).

basically? Mario counterfeited hundreds of millions of shares.
the hub has been plagued with either shills, or posters that just couldn't make sense of the evidence presented...
i can't tell which posters are "in" on the scam and who just couldn't figure out what happened, but i got banned for basically recalling their old posts and demonstrating how they had continuously shifted their negative positions one by one as evidence was presented that they were wrong.
IMO? there are alot of people posting over there that are involved in either the scam itself, or they were involved on dumping what appears to be about one-half to one billion naked shorts into to the market.
when this thing finally breaks wide open? we should be able to prove that naked shorting has been being done at an institutional level for several years, and who's been doing it..
it's been a long wait, but i think it will pay off..
the big question yet to be answered is whether it was brokers doing it themselves? or allowing their big customers to do it...
dahub is definitely guilty of silencing me as i presented my evidence in a clear concise and logical manner...
i got quite a few nashty PM's from long-time hubbers...
the more i presented? the more they deleted...
