We've got a 10 - 1 showdown coming up. What do you think, we should put something on the line, no? Maybe some Wisconsin cheese for some Texas.....well, whatever the hell you have in Texas that's any good.

I think there's a hot sauce place in Texas that I used to frequent. If I can find it maybe that'll be your offering?

Don't remember. It was an on-line site. I'll find it tomorrow, I'm sure I've got it saved on one of the 'puters.

You really think the Pack can stand up to the Cowboys Up?
I know they pretty much put my Vikes in dresses and had them doing the can-can three weeks ago but the Boys play a different kind of game.
You guys see the Eagles chin up to the Patriots last night??? Un-freakin-believable! Pat's chances of going 16-0 just got a lot slimmer in my opinion. Everyone is going to be studying that tape.

Yes, after what the Eagles couldn't do against the Boys, I figured they couldn't do it in spade against the Pats. Proves the wisdom of not assuming any pro team can whip up on any other at will.

Sux the game is going to be on the NFL network, it would be a great game to see but the channel is not picked up by my cable provider. Might have to go find a bar that has a dish on Thursday night.

In a day before cable or dishes, they shut down local broadcast of both college and pro games that weren't sold out a couple of weeks prior to the game. You'd a hadta pick a bar in a town a hundred miles or more away at least!

Probably not. I'll take the Pack and the points though. I'm just hoping they prove they can play in the big boy league. I don't really expect them to win but a close game would be nice.

Thanks for the sediment, luhoozer... Obviously we would mix them for a tasty, chip-dippin' game-watchin' delight...thereby preventing what you so fervently hope for.
lol...
that *would* be priceless...go to OT and neither team scores...
This really hasn't been mentioned much...but both teams are playing for sumpin--unlike, for example, 'Boys v Pats.
Obviously, the expectation is we meet again in NFC Champs match...Pack would *much* rather play us there...and obviously, we do *not* wanna go there at that time of year...
Anybody who remembers or has seen highlights of the "Ice Bowl" years knows what I'm talking about...*still* a craw-sticker for long-time KaBoyz fans, lol

I think that they don't want to tip their hands, but that lucky ass Favre can't tip it when he's throwing under handed, behind the back, no look, w/ his eyes closed, while getting sacked...for a touchdown. Chit Steve Nash wouldn't even try to pull off.

I think they'll go all-out, hoping to force the Cowboys into a late-season repeat of the Ice Bowl... remember, unlike Randy Moss, Favre hasn't been real successful in Texas Stadium...

yeah, I don't know. I think they'll see each other again here in a about a month and half. I think they won't show each other too much... kind of like the Colts-Pats game, wasn't all that flashy, but a great game none the less. Just think they'll be saving something for later.

well...unlike some hyped in-season games, this one actually is important. Perhaps not crucial, but important. What's really tricky is, neither the winner nor the loser can let the result eat away at 'em...

Something tells me the result will be... you eating away on some cheese.lol
