turb....,

It's hard to get excited, either pro or con, to yet another rightwing hide reality and reason behind a smoke cloud of propaganda, about what in reality isn't a pivital issue, so that the public won't notice the F--- UPs of the Administration and the failure of the rightwing proposals and agendas over the last several years.

This is anti-latino bigotry stuff (which, in reality is what is beeing bled) and is yet another artificial issue designed to feed the Party loyalist and deflect attention, from the damages resulting from by rightwing control to the Constitution and the standing in the world of the U.S. in world wide matters.

We still need to plan our immigration differently... Perhaps with some new philosophy... Do you realize what amnesty will do to our SS in a few years..12 Million people added to it and haven't put into it will flood the recipients to a point of going broke..

We are looking behind when we should be looking ahead and moving forward with ideas that have solutions....Ya put out the fire but start planning the rebuild......the thinking must change....We need to educate Mexico better, communicate better, open up dialogue in a new way. Its getting like the Titanic after the ship sank and their were not enough boats for everyone...Too many in the boat in an unorderly manner will sink the boat...

I say it again....No troop deployment...Send to the border and some to New Orleans...Stateside for awhile..

STATESIDE...theres plenty to do here..

"12 Million people added to it and haven't put into it will flood the recipients to a point of going broke.."

Now there is an assumption that I think is absolutely false.

If the employers are following the law, then those people pay into the SS system before they ever get paid themselves. It is the law.

Maybe you need to aim at the illegal practices of those that hire the workers?

"We are looking behind when we should be looking ahead and moving forward with ideas that have solutions....Ya put out the fire but start planning the rebuild......the thinking must change....We need to educate Mexico better, communicate better, open up dialogue in a new way. "

Indeed!!!

But until the Catholic Church allows that country to do so, the masses will remain generally ignorant and poor and tithing to the Church, first and foremost, as it prefers. That is a sad truth throughout Central and South America.

Please refer to Mit Romney's comments on SS during the debate if you have them.. I'll check back later.. I am sure he made the comment for a reason....I don't work for the SS department but it seems to me that a bunch of new members would have some impact on the system..These people would be eligable for SS benefits and welfare from the existing funds that was created by the previous taxpayer base. They would have to start their own pipeline I agree but would they have to put in for a certain amount of years in order to qualify? Either way I need to understand those comments during the debate..they were just brushed over real quick....Perhaps a more thorough explanation would help us to understand the point...

perhaps we can discuss this further.. I don't have the time at the moment..However I would like to learn more about it.. thanks for any info.. BTW....tithing to the church is 10
%.. I wonder how many mexicans tithe? We can still educate and communicate and move forward with or without the church. The economy in Mex will continue to develope and change over time..They are living better now than 10 years ago.. They have more infrastructure than ever.. I just think we could play a more positive roll than we have and embrace our neighbors...Rather than spend all year spending US taxpayer dollars doing nothing but fighting over our policies that we don't enforce very well..(thats another story..LOL

Antonio Viaragosa !!!:-D

Best to ya !
