Just plugged mine in and it showed $4.08.9 a gallon if i did it right.

It's actually cheaper than that close around my area.

And then we have the question how far do you drive to get cheaper gas?

I like Glassman's price per gallon compared to what i see around here.

Glassman's prices would be considered a gas war here in California.

Gas War. Heck if it was that cheap right now people would be lined up for blocks around any station selling that low.

I'm seeing between 3.99 to 4.05 a gallon here in Northeast Los Angeles.

Glassman's prices would be considered a gas war here in California.

i think our lower prices are mostly due to lower taxes...

we are 30 cents lower than CA:

California gasoline: 63.9 deisel: 72.0 6% Sales Tax. 1.25% county tax. 1.2 cpg state UST fee. plus local sales tax

Mississippi gasoline: 37.2 deisel: 43.2 .4 cpg Environmental Protection Fee. In Hancock, Harrison and Jackson counties there is an additional 3 cpg Seawall tax.

Never thought I would be happy to see $2.79 a gallon, I put $30 worth in my truck the other day and was shocked to see the gauge over half a tank.

they offered it to me at 2.80 down here...

and my supplier is one of the cheaper ones.. we have a state tax on it, but i still don't understand why it's 1$ above the strike price here... prolly cuz we don' have as cold a winters here...

i burn about 200 galls/month, but it's still too hot to fire up... 90 degrees today...

Holy Crap!! C'mon $1!! [Big Grin]

They better get that ethanol crap out of our gas!!
It's causing the price to go up, also not good for engines!!

Glad I don't own any ethanol stocks. They were short lived.

I wonder how low we will actually get to. This can't be sitting well with russia and opec. Sooner or later something is going to pop off that will send it back up.

That's what the oil companies hope we do, forget about other sources because oil is getting cheaper, that's what got us in this mess in the first place.

Chavez wants to set a permanent trading range between $80-$100 per barrel of oil, since his economy is based on it.

2.29-2.84 Saw both prices today.

It must suck getting stuck with expensive gas for weeks longer than the next guy.

I'm jealous of that 1.84, even if it's not 86.

$2.12 this morning, $1.73 for E-85. Be nice if diesel were a little better still. It is $3.60, high diesel cost's hurt everybody. Ironic part is, diesel is mostly a bi-product, it is the waste that somebody figured out how to use.
