I think this topic desreves a thres. This country is built on religious freedom..intrepretation varies...
However, would we accept Islam in this country to be the faith?
Islam is inclusive of life. State and religion is one.
hOw would we feel if the majority or a majoity in a town wanted islam???
I hold the theory that the constitution say seperatio nof reliogion and state.. Howvevewr, thee constitution grants all the right to choose each person the religion or ones athesism or sprituality. I say the consititution gives us ot choos how we educate the young.
Our forefathers did not oppose religion nor god but they opposed forced religion. No state sponsered religion. But, the state gave the right for al lto educate and live religiously or without..per choice...that is the law of the consitution to have choice be of any religious denominationand have that choice for your children.
Liberals won and got prayer out of school. But now folks wake up.
Question is we have a democracy..choose your govt and free will..
What if the majority in a city want islam? Can they have it in this country?
rEmember islam is a totaliarina state of religion islam is the law...

The Government provides state sponsored education.
If you want to add to it to create education with a religious orientation, no matter what the religion, that goes beyond the bounds of the government sponored education and should be paid for seperately by those who desire it.
My condo has a deck on it. It works fine but I want a personal deck for me and those who think like me as my unit is on a higher level than the building deck. I let my friends know that they can feel free to enjoy my deck anytime they want.
They still won't let me use the Condominium's reserve funds to build it. Nor should they.

Is that because you simply can't or os it because you refuse to? Either way, your so called arguments are not even a thinly desguised appeal for dictating religion by force of law. You are way off base.
Stop these childish claims that you are being reasonable and learn to function within society instead of trying to dominate it with your superstitions.

There are towns in America that are by a large majority Mormon. Hasn't destroyed the world.
If people want to believe in Islam that's fine by me. As long as they understand that our government is not run by religious law and we will not tolerate any religion attempting to take control of it.
