We had NORAD on alert since two days ago.. we've had our missle killers just loitering around korea for a few weeks.. If we shot it down with a laser.. then the boost phase is when we do that... I think you're right glass.. if we did shoot it down we aren't going to say it in the hopes that diplomacy might have a chance..
