Does anyone still believe that "compassionate conservatives" are governing us?

WASHINGTON -- Treasury Secretary John Snow notified Congress on Monday that the administration has now taken "all prudent and legal actions," including tapping certain government retirement funds, to keep from hitting the $8.2 trillion national debt limit.

This what I call the the infamous set of conservative values. You know what conservative always tell you what they have.( I have conservative values) This is something that they all seem to have but they can never tell anybody just what they are. So this must be part of it the national debt. Because they are sure good at running it up . Since Richard Nixon was the last Republican that blanced a budget. I can see what they are good at. I was always looking for the complicated when the obvious and simple was right in front of me. This is really worth a George W. big stupid grin.
