We might be seeing many that lived in that area moving out of the hurricane threatful area. Anyways, that's what the smarter folks would do. Who would want to go through this again? Not Me!

Rich folks go to New Orleans and party on Bourbon street and eat in fancy resturants and think they have seen the City. But they never saw the half of the city's population, the poor, that live hand to mouth in slums and could no more scape up enough money to buy a bus trip out of town than they could scrape gold nuggets from the New Orleans gutters. And just where in God's creation would they go.....no one wants them!
These people are no different from their counterparts in Los Angelos or San Antonio or Pittsburg or where ever. They aren't there because you are smart and they are dumb, they are trapped. The will end up where ever they happen to be dropped after the Party decides it can go back to ignoring things and gets back to their real business, transfering monies from the poor to the rich.
