well there were two 2 hour shows. the first 2 were mainly about the terrorist and their plan etc and the second was about the attack and other attacks to follow such as london, egypt, etc. there was so much detail its hard to summarize, but you can go to www.inside911.com for a lot of info

it has nothing to do with me missing clinton, it was the actions he was taking before his term was up that would have helped prevent 9/11

couple of missles into empty tents in Afghanistan and one in the Suddan. WOW what leadership, Bin Laden was so scared he let his operatives live and plan here for 5 years.
I'm not a fan of Bush's actions either but that clinton jerk should've went after binladen and training camps after the first attack.
Letting this crap go always makes it worse, look at Irans since the Hostage crisis, getting a little more serious now, coulda been stopped long ago (maybe)

yep. i volunteered during the Iran hostage crisis...
thought we were gonna go do somehting then...
by the way keith? Reagan didn't do $hit either..as a matter of fact? i recall something about arms trading with the Iranians under his REIGN...Ollie North ring a bell?
Clinton? who cares? it's history...TODAY? we still got the same mess? and it's gettin' worse, and that is Bush's fault...
Bush was warned: Bush saw the Cole bombing, he knew they had already tried to drop the World Trade Center, and? and he didn't care either...
Bush went to A G8 summit in Italy where they put anti-aircraft batteries in place, BEFORE 911, because intel said that there might be a remote controlled jet crashed into the meeting..
Reagan, Clinton, Gore or Bush? it don't matter, they have done everything BUT stop terroism, and the Iraq war isn't stopping it either....
Bush was more interested in settling the score with sadam and funding missile defense than terrorists...

clinton reagan bush didn't do **** i agree glass. bush is doing some **** now but is it worth it? or will it work? time will tell. currently looks like no.Hind sight is always better. GLASS "clinton, who cares" Glass, not me,I was just responding to the first post on the thread that stated "i wish clinton was back" made my f'n skin crawl. I have no interest or reason to discuss either here, but when my skin crawls sometimes I speak.
I want someone with brains and balls...currently we have just balls, with clinton we had neither. Reagan way better than carter but thats not saying much bush the dad, again didn't finish what he needed to do, back at the issue, remove sadam then "maybe" no problem now.
then again, if an A hole shows up its all because of the president that removed the other ahole... blah blah you know the rhetoric.

In Europe I always here we made paid and trained bin laden, I would like the proof on that, that would piss me off.
your wish is my command
what will it take to"prove" it? why do you have such low opinion of europinions? they are just people...
we set him up in Afghanistan to fight the Russkies... we also promised him power after he won...of course? we couldn't deliver..
Bush just used 911 as an excuse to to do whatever he wanted to do...he couldn't have had a better EXCUSE to invade iraq and take saddam than this...except if sadam really had been behind it or had suitcase nukes or weaponised smallpox LOL...

The 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan galvanized bin Laden. He supported the Afghan resistance, which became a jihad, or holy war. Ironically, the U.S. became a major supporter of the Afghan resistance, or mujahideen, working with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan to set up Islamic schools in Pakistan for Afghan refugees. These schools later evolved into virtual training centers for Islamic radicals.
By the mid-1980s, bin Laden had moved to Afghanistan, where he established an organization, Maktab al-Khidimat (MAK), to recruit Islamic soldiers from around the world who later form the basis of an international network. The MAK maintained recruiting offices in Detroit and Brooklyn in the 1980s.
The Taliban, the former rulers of Afghanistan, arose from the religious schools set up during the mujahideen's war against the Soviet invasion. After the Soviet army withdrew in 1989, fighting erupted among mujahideen factions. In response to the chaos, the fundamentalist Taliban was formed and within two years it captured most of the country. The Taliban gave bin Laden sanctuary in 1996.

LOL I already edited so this wouldn't happen, get a life you read to fast.
hey moore: we supported the resistance which binladen was part of and therefore created the idiot he is now?....
thats a stretch even for you.
but it does go back to the point of not getting the job done when it needs to be done. If we didn't help the resistance and let russia take over is that better? maybe.
binladen's complaint was we left them after the russians left.
isn't that what the dem's are calling for now, leaving iraq undone and creating a lot of angry people that would be supported? seems like a double edge sword.

This would foil all critics for the forseeable future: as we SHOULD HAVE done immediately once the statues were toppled...remove to the desert as well-armed monitor. If the bad guys take over? Kill em again.
We stopped a killer of his own people. Doesn't mean we should ask soldiers to be cops...If you stop a guy from beating his wife in public, does that mean you have to follow him home and teach him which fork to use?
Had our forefathers followed such linear thinking, I'd speak with a British accent, instead of this lovely, lilting drawl ...

no, what i saw coming was another Islamic nation....
one that has no resemblance to ours in the sense of religious or persoanl freedom..one that looks like Iran...
the wierd part here? we are fighting to "liberate" Islamic peoples and they show either a severe lack of giva$hit? or they downright hate US... either way? we pay, and pay, and pay, they are getting US coming and going..taxes and the pumps...
maybe Purl can slip bush's face onto this ociffers face for US???

No, that's just more simple minded Republican-speak for "let's change the subject to something absurd so I can keep refusing to admit I lied to get us into war so the people would stop looking into the rigged election?"
More lies is what it is.

good point bdgee, it's not truly republican speak tho, it is Rove speak....
the man is a nefarious genius, he has managed over and over again to distort/manipulate the issues until they are obscured...
IMO?? Bush has managed to deflect the majority of valid criticism directed toward him because someone(i assume Rove) has convinced him that if he just keeps putting on the Fearless Leader face, eventually everything will work out in his favor...

LOL changing the subject from something absurd? Gee i was talking about what step should be taken from here and your crying about who lied and a "rigged election" (not proven obviously) from 7 years ago. Come up with a sollution not whinning.
A. I am not a republican.
B. I am wondering what is the best move from us today.
C. "simple minded" would be worrying about "the lie" that got us in the war, fact is we are there, maybe the best move is to pull out today and say sorry, I just don't think so.
D. Bush is not criticized- LOL what have I been reading

first off? i think we should take a real hard look at every Islamic (or any other for that matter) state, and come up with some human rights guidelines...
for instance? any country not allowing women to have the same rights as men? and i mean property ownership, and drivers license, not some stupid crap about who gets to use what toilets?
even here in America there are many Islamic women that are being denied many of their CONSTITUTIONAL rights....
NO VISA's to the men...period!! not one, for ANY reason.. women ? yes, giv ethem visa's for business and education..see what they think of having to send their wives and daughters over here to negotiate their deals
getting a VISA is not a right, it is a priviledge. let them come to US on our terms instead of trying to do it with 5.62MM
that might make the point about what America is about...
