Good one, I had to look it up and am therefore disqualifying myself. Nice stumper though.

I'll go out of turn since we need a new one.

2 quotes from the same movie:
"I want you to know that if I don't ever see you again, I meant everything I said."

"Sounds like you got it all worked out?
Yea, except the part where we don't get killed.
Better smoke these while we have the chance."

and another quote from a movie I like:

"He's out there dancing with a pretty gal while we sit here and pull our tallywackers."

Yeah, it was...

I also liked the little touches: the Duvall character giving the shopkeeper some chocolate, the Costner character picking out china, etc...

Open range was the right answer to the firt one, the second one hasn't been answered yet.

"He's out there dancing with a pretty gal while we sit here and pull our tallywackers."
and the bonus hint
"Did you guy's see the size of that chicken?"

SpaceBalls LOL Nothing like a Mel Brooks comedy. Here's another one.
Then one day I hear "Reach for it, mister." I spun around and there I was standing face to face with a six year old kid. Well, I just laid down my guns and walked away. Little ******* shot me in the ass. So I limped to the nearest saloon, crawled inside a whiskey bottle, and I've been there ever since.

Gene Wilder is classic in Mel Brooks "Blazing Saddles"
