I was tipped on HWPR as well, a month ago. HWPR performed a 3:1 forward split recently, and came close to a $1, then pulled back.
Patent app news within past few days, and it caused no movement. Odd.
But make no doubt about it, HWPR is supposed to be a sure double or more. The float is no doubt low still, since it moves a lot on minimal trades.
Note: when HWPR is .85, you can normally sell at .80, but not .81 or higher.
Also, HWPR dips to .69 are definite buys. You will be able to sell at .79 within 48 hours usually.
My info is out of Europe, where HWPR is expected to move.
Can HWPR be pushed? Yes, with ease. But if MM's keep the lousy bid/ask wide, like normal, it's a tough sell.
I'm in HWPR long, for anyone's info. Hope this helps someone.

i am in this stock since before split.
no active trading here ..only we are still waiting for contracts ... are they coming !!!
no contract no value no trading no pick up .
still within the range of 0.80 's around 2.40 before split same trend just a little bit better
this company in spain , no seeling orders until now
