Don't Forget ERUC filed the papers to do a 1 for 20 reverse split. Unfortunately for me I can't even sell it or I have lost money in commission fees. So I guess I will just ride it out. I thought it would be a long term investment. Not this way. Thanks for all the info Mag and please keep up the great work.

Oh, not to worry! Jerry, I'm sure, is devoting hours to finishing the reverse split papers. Their 'bay-back' scam was pretty smart. Announce a buy-back, then buy enough to pump the price up, then put in millions in naked shorts.
What goes around, comes around (hopefully).
Neither the SEC or the Florida Attorney General seem included to pay attention; their attitude seems to be: "If you're stupid enough to play penny stocks, then you get what you deserve."
I lost a LOT of money in ERUC; the first (and only) penney stock I played. ERUC has a great idea, but when the goal is quick money, the business concept is developed just enough to get cash flowing in - the abandoned.
How long has it been since Jerry announced a new center or any upgrade in services or billing figures? Basically, they've gone silent except for the 'buy-back' and the removal of 1/2 billion shares from the pool of 3 billion. That's a lot like a cup of water from a 55 gallong drum; a photo-op, but nothing more.
