r/m= reverse merger hmmmm... The best place to start is by reading Sec filings; of course rumors of them occur,some real and some are figments of the imagination; that's why filings are God but... that is a big task going through all the filings. With that said r/s = reverse splits can occur along with a r/m which can be found also in filings.... sensing a common thread here... well you can find r/s in pre 14c def 14c 8-k filings etc... check out the pending r/s thread and click on the links to get a feel for them... baby steps... well please pm me in the future if ya have any questions and i'll try to get back to you in a timely manner.
