Could you take a look at this and tell me what this is a forward split or what not realy sure thanks.

looks like forward 3 shares for each one, but its not registered with nasd yet. as far as i can see.

Effective Date (the Old Common Stock) shall automatically and without any action on the part of the record holder thereof be reclassified as and changed into one (1) new share for each one-twenty fifth (1/25) old shares (the New Common Stock), subject to the treatment of fractional share interests as described below.
