Hi there, I'm kinf of new to this stuff and I was wonder if you could briefly explain what the differences are between a forward and a reverse split stock.

Which was is more advantageous to buy and why?

Reverse splits usually bad for penny stocks. Forward splits usually good leading up to the actual f/s. I will PM you some info @ a later date; I'm really busy right now.
