Hi ehya; R/S for penny stocks usually equals bad news for people owning the stock. I post here to give a heads up or a warning of companies that plan to do a Reverse split which will occur the next trading day or in the near future. Also some of these companies are repeat offenders performing multiple Reverse splits; reversing some people completely out of there positions and attracting newbies who are unaware of their shady past. My main focus for trading is making Money I only wish we didn't have to focus on these R/S dilution scam machines which is what some of these companies truely are in my opinion.... I appreciate the heads up. I've been on the side of owning a stock into a R/S , and have been badly messed over because of it. Do you ever find it a good buy, to buy in after the R/S? Just curious, constantly looking for a slight handle in this market. Thanks for keeping this thread going, I think its a good idea.

I was part of the tww r/s. I had approx 350 shares I now have 18. but the price went from pennies to over $7.00. I s this a bad thing? I forgot to trade the stock so I ended up into the r/s. Is this really legal for them to do such a radical reverse?
