don't stop... i have made a personal policy not to buy ANY RS stocks...even if they are a good daytrade...
i have bought into a good chart play several times recently only to discover they have RS'ed recently or are planning on one...so i just get out of them... it appears that one RS within 12months isn't enough for some of these.....JRIV?

Guys thanks for taking notice and replying; nice to know some people utilize this thread; with that said this will be my last post on this subject and I'm Gonna go post todays latest R/S
it's not that i don't want to warn people, it's that i see filings(shareholders meetings) for RSes coming, and if i warn? then the PPS should drop hurting people already in.. it's a difficult ethical question... people need to pay attention to HOW the RS system works... the insiders will convert their shares to prefered shares "protecting" themselves from the RS....ususally at a high conversion rate...
not all prefered shares are bad...but in micropennies they need to be looked at closely..
i usually look for announcements of shareholder meetings to find RSes BEFORE they happen, but i've recently learned that in FLA they don't need a shareholder meeting to vote on RSes...if you live in FLA you should complain to your senator congressamn about this...
reporting ones that already have happened, at least shows the amount of it, and the likelihood of it happening again in your stock..
