Investors and traders might want to watch Telcom Direct which seeks shareholder approval for a 5 for 1 forward split in recognition that its shareholders have been patient and supportive of the start-up phase of the Company and under the advice of its investment banker that more shares will be needed to better facilitate the anticipated growth of the Company the Board of Directors is requesting shareholder approval of a 5 for 1 forward split.

The Board is asking its shareholders to approve its request for the authorization of a 5 for 1 forward split of the current shares of the Company, and the increase of the Company's current Authorized Shares to 100,000,000 shares.

The Company currently has 5,007,000 shares issued with 500,000 shares in the public float and 25,000,000 shares authorized.
