Revonergy Inc. ("Revonergy" or the "Company"), (OTCBB: RNRG) announces that Ravi Daswani CEO of Revonergy was recently featured in an interview respecting the Company's recent announcement of the private placement agreement with Hong Kong based Global Financial Network Limited ("GFN"). Under this agreement GFN may purchase up to $800,000 of restricted common shares of Revonergy Inc.
In the interview Ravi Daswani discussed Revonergy's business model, potential projects including financing plans and options.
Included in the interview are comments from Ravi Daswani on the focus of acquiring US based cash flow assets providing the Company with a significant array of acquisition opportunities. Ravi Daswani underlined the bankable nature of the target assets, and how he expects this to provide significant income and to be highly anti-dilutive to Revonergy common shareholders.
Gregory Pek outlined his views on the business and management of Revonergy, and GFN's motivation for entering into the share purchase agreement.
