What's really funny,,,,,

is we have 15 billion shares authorised & if all of them were in the float & we only realised .01% of our target audience disposable income which weights in at a hefty HALF TRILLION DOLLARS we would be trading over $1 a share!

Basically,,,

"All we ever had to do is launch!"

***What's even funnier!***

A DOLLAR A SHARE?

Think $500,000,000,000.oo Disposable Income!

One percent of that is FIVE BILLION DOLLARS!

POINT ZERO ONE PERCENT OF THAT HALF TRILLION DOLLAR TARGET IS FIVE HUNDERED MILLION BUCKS!

$500 million in revenue is enough to carry us to a $1 & beyond!

My question isn't can we actually see a buck a share!

My question is,,, are there any COMBINATION OF CATASTROPHIC EVENTS THAT COULD POSSIBLY PREVENT US FROM BEING WORTH $5 A SHARE?

"All we ever had to do is launch!"

Mine too! Every day, people put money into stocks with far less potential than QBID. The average investor doesn't even know about this yet--and when they do--$1 will follow.

When you are in a coffee shop/at a party or anywhere stocks are being discussed, ask if anyone has shares in QBID. They don't know about it yet--unless they are daytrading.

LET'S SEE, A FEW MONTHS BACK, FRANK TOLD US WE HAVE 5-YEAR FINANCING TO SECURE FUNDS FOR THE UPCOMING 5-YEARS OF BROADCASTS. THIS WAS A LIE.

FOLLOWED A FEW WEEKS LATER BY $2 MILLION WHICH $1 MIL WAS A OPTIONAL LOAN AND WE WERE ASSURED 1-YEAR BROADCASTING. MAJOR INVESTMENT FIRM HE ALSO MENTIONED WHICH IS A LIE.

NOW TODAY, $1 MIL TO ASSURE BROADCAST. LIE.

FACTS: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR Q-TV TO GET A LOAN. NO. 1 WHAT COLLATERAL IS BASIC 101 FUNDAMENTAL FINANCING. NO. 2: IF IT'S VENTURE CAPITAL, NO VC FIRM WILL TOUCH QBID. ADDITIONALLY, IF SOMEONE WAS TO DO THAT, FRANK WOULD LOSE MORE THAN 51% OF THE COMPANY. THAT IS HOW VC WORKS.

WE ALSO HAD A PR THAT SAID EXPENSES WERE REDUCED TO SOMEWHERE AROUND $33,000/MONTH. OFFICE $2500/MONTH ON THE ABSOLUTE HIGH END FOR THE BOX THEY ARE IN AT PALM SPRINGS. INTERNAL EXPENSES ARE $1000/MONTH AT BEST WHICH INCLUDES TELEPHONE/ELECTRIC. ADDITIONALLY WHAT WERE EXPENSES REDUCED FROM? LET'S DO THE MATH AT $33,000/MONTH.

1 YEAR = 12 MONTHS X $33,000 IS $396,000.
5 YEAR = 60 MONTHS X $33,000 IS $1,980,000.

SINCE Q-TV HAD NO INCOME AND NO STATION BACK IN 2000 WHEN THE FAILED LAUNCH TOOK PLACE, WHERE IS ALL THAT MONEY COMING FROM? PLUS REMEMBER, THE 5-YEAR I HAVE CACULATED AT THE REDUCED OPERATING EXPENSE OF $33,000/PER MONTH AND NOT THE GOD KNOWS WHAT THEIR ALLEGED EXPENSES WERE BEFORE THE "REDUCTION".

NOW WHO'S GETTING PAID WHAT AND FURTHER, WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM FOR THE PAST 5+ YEARS?

ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO NY CITY OFFICE. IN ORDER TO OPERATE A BUSINESS IN NY CITY, PERMITS AND OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES MUST BE OBTAINED. DIAL 411 AND ASK INFO ABOUT Q-TV OFFICES AND GET THE NUMBER TO THAT OFFICE; HA HA APRIL FOOLS!

FURTHER CALL NY CITY LICENSES AND THERE IS NO Q-TELEVISION.
