OK Here's The Friday Update

Saturday September 4th QTN will send it's signal to RCN cable for distribution. RCN is then under contract to sell QTN to it's subscribers. When the channel will hit each city is out of QTN hands. The way to get this turned on in your city is to blast RCN with phone calls to SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL. Not find out info SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL

TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW WITH THE RCN SYSTEM TO CALL RCN AND SAY YOU WANT THE CHANNEL RIGHT NOW. THERE IS NO DELAY FROM QTN. RCN HAS NOT TRAINED THERE PHONE PEOPLE YET THAT IS WHY WE HAVE CONFLICTING REPORTS. BOTTOM LINE SWITCH CARRIERS AND CALL RCN TO ORDER QTN AVAILABLE SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 4TH 2004.

I spoke with a representative at RCN this afternoon, and for what its worth, I asked the lady if she heard of Q television, and when it would be available. She replied very quickly, "yes, we're very familiar with Q and our memo states that it will be offered this month (meaning september)." I asked her when exactly this month, she said the memo didnt say the exact date but she assumed beginning of the month because of the sense of urgency that the memo was distributed to representatives. I live in Fresno, CA, but i told her i had a friend in SF who was interested and I was hoping that service would extend to my area soon. She said that the channel would launch to all of their markets at the same time, but said that they only offer dial-up internet in fresno as of this time.

Take it for what you wish, but I never pump a stock and I did not make this up. It sounds like we're finally going to see the promised land.---and by the way, i subscribe to dish network (see my previous posts on calling/emailing dishnetwork reps and requesting Q). i'm long on qbid since early march of this year.

Just doing my DD and i appreciate any useful DD from you folks that I've read in the past. Let's keep exchanging ideas and thoughts on this great company.

I too hope this one is real. More & more people have gotten positive responses from RCN & even if they do not launch on the 4th I'm holding. Furthermore if we dip I'll buy some more to swing trade as I refuse to let my core position go. So help me God I;ve got a core that I intend to hold for about two years just to see where it takes me.

Feeling good about QTN! Six months ago, we were hoping that Frank and company were really going to do what they were telling us.
In May if someone told me that all plans had been fulfilled to this point and the stock price would still be under a penny I probably would have responded that they were full of it.
The price will catch up to the products value, and we are about to open the package!

Him: The NID and TIDs are unknown, but they both have the same APID, right.

Just talked to QTelevision , all system go , Launch sept,4th saturday , will be carried by RCN in certain areas. all locations should be covered by end of the month..Saturday many viewers will be able to watch QTN in some areas , they are very excited we going to have very important update tomorrow , the first News of its kind in history of the company...GLTA

I can state this as a fact: This is the way DTV tests channels, however it is usually hidden from a typical subscribers guide.
