I would think that adding a political and potentially controversial channel such as Q TV (QTN) would have to have his stamp of approval. If you google on "billionaire Paul Allen RCN" there is a ton of info. Not sure if he has a connection to the "gay" world, but he seems to have his hands in everything (no pun intended). and wasn't there a Seattle (Allen's home base) "connection" this spring with the QTN launch.....hmmm...Seattle...New Orleans...RCN....
