Sunny, sometimes, the world sucks so bad, I just take the day off and do what I want to do. Like today, I'm just reading the board--all that stuff I need to do will still be there tomorrow. RCN is a restructuring like KMART but reserving 2% of the total new shares for the old shareholders so they don't lose it all. Thanks for the news releases people. I think. Anyway according to an article in the business section of the Washington Post yesterday RCN owns 50% of Star Power & Pepco owns the other 50%. Article states that RCN may have plans to buy the Pepco's half of Star Power & Pepco has made no secrete of the fact that they are selling. I guess we'll see. Article also states that RCN will be in very good shape after restructuring their debt. Just my oppinion but anything good for RCN is good for us. We talked toFrank in his closed office from 12pm untill 1pm. The launch is 9/4. The bottom line for stock price is this. He does not expect a significant increase in pps untill mid Oct. when they come out with subscription and advertising numbers. I could not use my notes or take them and had to really convince Frank we were not there to gain info to day trade on. The note pad really bummed him out at first. Deveney is out another is in, not signed yet, not for broadcast. Will move QBID to Boston Exchange, no time table he would say, "when he feels like it". He would not say if the stock price or success of launch or any perammeters would influence the move from pinks. Only it will happen on his watch, not a quote. He will retire some of his shares, no amount or timetable given. All QTV, TMM.,etc. covered under QBID. Other carries are signed and will be comming online. No pr's or advertising of Q, low key, under the radar. The carriers and advertisers are there, in place and more will come as Q progresses. Have signed with Canadian Football league to broadcast their games, with a slant towards Q's target audience. Makapia won't be back home untill Thur. night to get his take. Most specifics we could not ask, but he threw alot of stuff our way, just have to recall as I go. Frank again was friendly, FIRM, and gracious, and has a strong affinity to those that have hoped Frank would make this work and have purchased QBID to that end. If you are a trader, even if he does not really know you, he hates you. He has been throtteled so bad by traders beating up his stock, he says he will get even. I'm sure I'll remember more as u ask questions, but as a say could not ask too much specific. At first, I was writting constantly as we all talked, he finally got a bit upset, asked what the agenda was. He really wants to help the average investor in QBID, even at the risk of aiding someone who is going to use the info against him and the stock. He took my word and believed my presense, that the only thing I was there for was to see for myself, as an investor, that Q was for real and could make me money.
