jonv Member	posted June 22, 2004 13:12 In order to sue, you need to prove monetary damages. I would imagine that if people were questioning the validity and integrity of someone posting-as some of you are doing, then you should sell your stock immediately, thereby evading any possible loss due to the "pumper". This would prevent any loss and therfore eliminate the need to "sue". On the flip side, if you decide to keep your stock even after the unfounded accusations about someone "pumping" you won't have much luck in sueing since YOU alone have the ability to buy/sell at your leasure and obviously kept the stock even after all of the "hoopla". The moral of the story: If you believe there has been wrong doing, get out. Otherwise, shut up and lets get back to proactive QBID discussions. IP: Logged
