Will,
I feel like I should offer to help as I bought one today from the list but... nah, I'm not going to. LOL. Seriously, I'm kind of jammed up this weekend, there is a three day festival here called HarborFest that I volunteer at and I wont be home for most of the weekend. However, it looks like this job could get overwhelming pretty quick and I'd be happy to help out. Maybe assign pages or symbols to volunteers, something like that. Let me know what you think but unfortunately this weekend, you're on your own!

Not a problem, UpMan, I will enjoy doing it, it will be my pleasure actually. Watching GXXL and CORR this week gave me great confidence that rick has confirmed an approach I had thought about lately. Although it hasn't made me dime one yet, I am having fun learning, and I think to recap would just add more validity to the approach.

Will I'm afraid that as of Monday your gonna be on your own to carry on this thread during the day, because I got the go ahead on a huge contract today and I'm gonna have to be on the site for a few weeks till it gets rolling! I'll pop in in the evenings and try to help break down some of the tuff ones! Plus I want to have some good plays to pick from when I get home in the evening and that is up to you and the others that will follow this thread to bring them in! Kidding you with the its all up to you stuff! The rest is all true though!
Rick

To bad I'm not a public company yet this would be a great PR!

Rick, you have no idea how much I appreciate what you have done. It might not have put cent one in my account, but it sure validated my suspicians that this is a feasable approach. Looks like I will have to learn how do more than go through a volume list looking for beat up cheap stock symbols.

While it looks like a good company and seems like they are moving forward with expantions of operations, it also seem like nothing will happen for 75 days or so. I would wait and watch the chart hoping that you can find a better entrance point over this time period. there isn't much of a spread in the bid ask and without any significant news it may drop some more!
I'd be looking at .006-.0065 somewhere down the road!

Im watching LSTA and something I find interesting other than that the ASK is up to .0008 is that NITE is on the BID but not on the ASK at all. This is not common for NITE at all!

They have done this quite a number of times.
First they "buy" back Billions of shares, only to reissue twice as much as they bought. maybe a buy @.0001 for a quick double. run fast when you get profits though lol

PALR has 1 Billion A/S and 836,152,857 O/S as per last 10Q.
New S-8 for 300,000,000 shares will put it over the A/S. They'll start to increase A/S soon. Might want to wait

Rick,

I thought it was a good play 2 days ago when they announced:

Tuesday June 15, 9:15 am ET

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Celerity Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CESY - News), a business development company focused on providing capital formation, management advice and investments in developing companies, announced today that the Company has reached an agreement with Eagle Broadband, in which Celerity purchased 140,598,524 shares of its common stock and a $350,000 convertible debenture from Eagle Broadband (Amex: EAG - News), an investor in the Company.
Celerity paid Eagle Broadband $662,308 for the purchase of these shares and for the retirement of the remaining $350,000 portion of a $500,000 convertible note outstanding held by Eagle Broadband.

Celerity President and CEO Robert Legnosky stated, "Through this transaction, we are reducing our outstanding debt as well as our outstanding shares as part of a continuing strategy to strengthen our operations and enhance shareholder value. Celerity's fundamentals are improving, and our repurchase of the convertible debenture demonstrates our confidence in our financial outlook and prospects for growth."

But it does not seem to have affected the stock price. I am kinda new to this so maybe there is something I am missing so I was asking for a little insight

Thanks
