This stock has followed the pattern of so many before - a run up before an anticipated event and then all the daytraders dump it and the stock falls back. I knew this was going to happen and believe me I was tempted to sell when it went to .17, but first I couldn't think of a penny with as much potential to buy in its place (not with Scottrade), and second, I don't want to have to chase it when it runs again. If you think this is a scam then sell, but don't whine when it retreats a little, personally, I hope it does fall because I intend on accumulating as much as possible. Good luck to all GZFX holders.

Wait... so am I understanding this correctly? They are going to be adding shares? So we'll have a higher float ie. dilution ie. the price will drop? I don't want another WARNING (which I belive in long term, but is very painful right now none the less). Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,
e2

I am sorry people but please don't come in here and post anything with no link. It sounds like bashing to me unless you tell us where the info came from. You have a brand new name come on this board and post with no confirmed info. Thats a Basher straight from there handbook. Prove your statemnet or leave and not from some second rate web site. Adsouth use Business Wire were did this come from?

Absolutely agree with you, Rics: besides, if they add shares, more than likely it will be in order to fund their agressive campaign against Netflix which will benefit the stock- the newbie basher forgot to mention any reasons why they were supposedly planning to do so, which only goes to prove he is a basher who only concentrates on negatives- even if those negatives are exclusively his own creation. On the other hand, if you are too lazy to do the DD on GZFX, or to ponder the strategy which would be involved in such an action, then don't just walk in here with your wild speculations about what they might do. This company is not comprised of a bunch of morons, and neither is this board. GZFX doesn't just dump shares on the market to play with the investors like some companies do- so if you don't understand the big picture regarding GZFX, don't bitch about speculation. Cudos to you Rics, for calling this one like it is.

I seldom post since I have been invested in this stock but just wanted to add my two cents.

I get a little frustrated at the investors who try to guess at what makes the price move up and down. This company is one of the most solid which you can invest in here in penny land.

To anyone new who sees the new commercials and is trying to become a member dose not know about the new or old site. The new site will be up soon and all this talk will go away.

I have been in this stock since December and have full faith that everyone invested will do well in this stock. Just do not be scared off by others who can not see the whole picture.

Good luck to all involved.

Im going to cancel unless the improvements are clearly evident.

I'd be in this thing if my funds weren't tied up elsewhere.

Extremely tough buy in right now.

I've asked .132 for 1/2 hour now. Bid and ask are .128/.131.
Either no one is selling, or the MM's are putting through these low volume trades amongst themselves, trying to scare some shares for themselves.

I'd bet it's both. Who's going to blink first?

We keep switching threads here. Trying to confuse me I guess. Web site tomorrow will be a great step. The problem here is, this is such a good stock in this price range that the MM's want it cheap but don't want to sell it cheap. Can't wait to get the new investors started once the ads are in full swing to break the MM's hold on this. Then to the moon.

I like this,,,
GZFX
Average Volume (3 month): 11,495,454
Average Volume (10 day): 19,578,000
Shares Outstanding: 554.65M
Float: 332.80M
% Held by Insiders: 40.00%

Just my very humble oppinion!

I have dicipline & patience. Before Christmas we should see at least one run if not two.

At some point we may even do a debt for equity swap & increase our OS. That will simply fuel another run something like SIRI experienced.

At the latest I see us over a dollar to stay by early 2005!

All serious market research has already been accomplished by Netflix & they were not only right they hit the mother load,,,

NFLX
Average Volume (3 month): 2,286,318
Average Volume (10 day): 1,130,000
Shares Outstanding: 51.64M
Float: 36.40M
% Held by Insiders: 29.52%
% Held by Institutions: 95.00% (my oppinion they mean 95% of the float)

I'm pretty sure many here know how they got almost all the float. You scare people off after a run. At some point we will see this with GZFX. No! Institutions will not wait for us to report a profit. Mutual Funds will but not agressive institutional investors

If you will note the numbers NFLX has about 10 times the outstanding shares we do & 10 times our float. NFLX is $29. & we're trading at .14! Don't be totally surprised if we trade one tenth of that $29 someday!

I agree with those that say GZFX is a long term hold.

I'm buying more!

I wonder if the new site will look similar to the veegeez design when they revamped it. I thought it looked cool. The only downside I can say about it is it wasn't bright enough.

At this point I think they are going to wait till the market closes before launching the new site. Let everyone absorb the changes overnight. Also, this will keep everyone from bombing the site an bringing it down due to traffic. Although that would be a good test

Probably, in the case that they have a new site... and if they are changing servers for it for any reason.... it will take a while to propagate across the whole web.

Good afternoon everyone. Although I have been referencing this message board for quite some time, this is my first post. I want to let you know that Meshoe is right on with his comment. I just received the following e-mail from Ken (received at 4:24 PM CST).

Mike.
I am in charge of the "new" IT group. We are working hard to get the site up in the next few hours. It sometimes takes hours or even 3 days for the WWW to register a change like this. All we can do is request that the DNS address be switched to us and then wait for the world to figure it out.
Ken

I'm writing to inquire about whether you will have the new website up this afternoon as advertised.

Thank you,
Mike

I also work in the IT field. It can in fact take days for DNS changes to replicate over the internet. I am long on this stock and have great faith in it as a company. I believe we are long overdue for a few PRs.

As far as I know they have the new site up. Its just that the DNS servers have not yet updated. It can take anywhere from 6-48 hours for this happen.
Again, i'm not 100% sure on this. But, the site should have a whole new design and new feel. You should be able to notice when its up just by viewing the main page.

Matter of time!

GZFX is an obvious long term hold despite the fact that there will be what I believe two profit taking opportunities before Christmas. Swing traders will make huge multiples on no less than two runs before Christmas. It could hit a dollar before the year's out but more than likely that will be late Feb or early March of next year. I'm stubornly not trading & will accumulate in this range.

Netflix has paved the way & completed the major market research,,,

Results are in,,, This business model works

See you at $5 a share in the not too distant future! Couple years tops. JMHO!
