JUNE 1 UPDATE. 2 min. 03 sec. (est.)

"Thank you for calling the Q Television Network Hotline. Frank Olsen our CEO would like you all to know we have now officially begun our soft launch. He would also like to apoligize to the shareholders for not explaining exactly what a soft launch is. Many of you still seem confused about this. Basically A soft launch is an opportunity for the cable & satelite company executives and program directors to review our programming. Because they are extremely busy and do not have time to sit for 8 hours in a row watching our programming, we run it 24/7 for 30 days. This way they can watch it for brief periods of time at their own convenience or whenever they have the opportunity.

This gives them 30 different 1 hour programs and 30 opportunites to hear our network introduction. 30 days may seem like a long time but really it isn't. There are 10,000 cable companies who need to see our programming at any given time.

This is for you the shareholders so that the cable & satelite companies will carry us. We have the potential to be very successful with continued efforts & we could be a great money maker.

Not to mention the more cable companies that view our programming & like what they see & carry Q Television, the greater # of people who want Q, will be able to have it in their homes.

We want Q to be available to all of you, So this is a very important process.
We hope this clarifys everything for all of you & we hope you continue to be patien. We really appreciate your support & hope that this July, you will be watching the Q Television Network."

June 9th UPDATE. 2min.04sec.(est.)

Yes, Hi there shareholders this is Frank from NY. I Haven't had the chance to talk to you in quite a while. I wanted to bring you up to date as much as I possibly could.

We are under a lot of confidentiality agreements that we can't release probably until the 21st/22nd. At which time we will be starting our advertising campaigne for the network.
We hope at that time you will be able to be caught up on the information that you deserve.

We had about 15 meetings here in NY. Every one of them have been successfull.
A few we have completed, about 5 of them. And 10 of the goals are still in the middle. We've have gotten no turndowns and so we feel that we've accomplished a lot. Gary & Rene are on their way to Connecticut on Friday. I will be leaving tomm. for Seattle & be working out some negotiations there. And then I'll be back in the office on Monday.

I think we're doing what we're supposed to be doing as executives for you, for ourselves, and for the shareholders.
Remember, the only way we get paid is that we get paid the same time you people get paid.
So have a nice weekend.
I'll soon be talking to you giving you this other information.

Hi thank you for calling the qtelevision network hotline.

Our executives are out of town on business. But here are some highlights of the week ahead.

Steven Grunberg our head of programming has signed a carriage agreement with a major cable company. Details on this will be provided later this week and there will be a formal joint press release. We're also focusing on creating adsvertising campaignes for our roll out.

We'll be dividing our efforts and will place ads in local, national gay & trade publications so look for these to be appearing soon.

We'll have another update for you in the very near future. Thank you for calling.

June 23, 2004 UPDATE 1min. 10sec. (est.)

Thank you for calling the Q Television Hotline.

Frank Olsen, our CEO, will be back in the office tomorrow. In the meantime, he has provided the following update:

Scott Seger, our Vice-president of advertising and John Daveny of Daveny Communications, our public relations firm, are representing us at the National Lesbian and Gay Journalist Association Annual Convention in New York today and tomorrow. During this time, they will meet with individual press publications.

Also, Barbara Lamont of Network Teleports, our satellite company, is attempting to set up a meeting privately with Dan Rather, who is a guest speaker at the convention.

We have reserved space in four major publications. What we actually say in these ads depends on how many signed contracts have been returned to us by the time of the advertising deadlines, and also what free coverage we get from the press at the Gay Journalist Convention.

Our next target is to inform you of our carriage companies and detailed information on our programming.

We are on schedule.

Have a nice day and thank you for calling.

June 25, 2004 UPDATE 1min. 08 sec. (est.)

Welcome to the Q Television Network Hotline.

Due to the fact that we are curently waiting for confirmation from the carriers that we have been added to their billing systems and confirmation of the carriers launch dates for the Q Television network it will be necessary for us to wait until next week to make a formal announcement.

The network had to produce a gaurantee that we had funding for the next 5 years, which is a major requirement of the carriers

This funding was obtained through private sources and does not affect the shareholders.

We are currently renovating our NY sales office and this is scheduled to open on August 1st.
We are also currently researching the lease of a mobile studio so that the network will have the capabilty of coming to your area.

We'll have more information for you very soon. Thank you for your patience and we know you are anxtious to hear more news. Have a great weekend and We'll talk to you next week.

June 29, 2004 UPDATE 1min 20sec.(est.)

Thank you for calling the QTelevision Network hotline.

The following is a message from Frank Olsen, our CEO:

I am unable to release any information other than what I have already given you at this time.

I assure you that we will have coverage in a major portion of the country by the beginning of the Fall season.

We are increasing programming to eight hours between July 1st and July 6th for the hard launch so it will be available to the carriers. The Fall programming schedule will be posted next week on our website. www.QTelevision.com.

Today we are going to Los Angeles, hopefully to complete carriage contracts.
We are also finalizing auditions for the news show and putting in bids for our mobile units which will be called QMobiles.

We will be making an announcement as soon as possible.
We cannot do this until the carriage companies allow us to.

I will not violate the terms of our agreements and jeopardize the contracts that have taken us six years to get. Please work with us. The only people putting pressure on us are the daytraders.

The next press release will come out as soon as we have exact dates.
Due to the holiday slowing things down, there may not be anymore updates until after the weekend. Have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have more specific information to give you.

June 30, 2004 UPDATE 1min 24sec. (est.)

Hi This is Frank.

Things are wonderful, and I wish that I could tell you all the great news, but I can't. Ahh! Except that I am loosing my voice. Um, for specific questions, you can email me at info@qtelevision.com

The hard launch will be tomorrow, and that means that we will be running 8 hours of programming, 3 times. It will be available for any carrier that wants to take it, and that has been liscenced, but, we will not be announcing carriers until all contracts have been put together and signed, unless we have permission from a specific carrier. This will happen soon.

I know you're awfully impatient and would like to get the information out. But, I cannot give it out any sooner than I am allowed to. I made that mistake once before and lost the agreement about three years ago. I'm not going to make the same mistake twice. So bear with us, and, uh, your network is going to be strong, viable, and a moneymaker. I guarantee you!

Have a great 4th of July weekend, and remember - thats info@qtelevision.com
Go ahead and email us, I will get back to you. Thank you once again.

July 13, 2004 UPDATE 1min.(est.)

This is the Q Television Network update for Tuesday July the 13th.

The following was dictated by Frank Olsen.

I want to thank you for your emails. We've received over 600 so far and we're getting about 50 new ones everyday so its very hard to get them all answered quickly and we do thank you for your patience.

I'm answering as many as I can in my spare time what little spare time I have because during the day Im working on programming and talking to carriers.
Again we have over 600 emails and I'm answering them as fast as I can.

We're currently deciding the percentage of womans & mens programing as well as the percentage of the oringinal programming we're going to have.
We're pushing for 35% original. Steven will have a programming report on the website tommorrow.

We're still here, we're not going anywhere and we are getting it done.

Thank You for calling.

July 21, 2004 2nd UPDATE 1min. 35sec(est)

Thank you for calling the Q Hotline.

We hope by now you've all had an opportunity to read todays press release announcing that Q Television Network will be carried by RCN. In September in Boston, NY, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Fransisco, & Washington DC. For those of you who are not in those areas, we want you to know that we are going to be expanding and we will be announcing carriage in other areas. This is just the beginning.
And we will let you know as soon as we have that information.

Frank asks that those of you who have been calling & emailing, refrain from doing so for at least 10 days unless its urgent. We're very busy now trying to make our September deadline. We're really quite swamped. We have over 400 emails and we hope that the announcment of the carriage today answers alot of the questions that are on those emails. We'll try to answer more questions for you in the future but for the time being we really want to focus on the network. So we ask that you dont call or email unless its really quite important for at least the next few weeks.

We thank you for your support and thank you for calling.

July 29, 2004 2nd UPDATE 2 min (est)

Thank you for calling the Q Hotline on Thursday July 29th.

The hotline was created to answer shareholders most frequently asked questions and to keep our office lines free. We've recieved a lot of critism about it for many reasons including that the information incourages day trading by releasing to much advanced information.

Also, we've not always been able to do what we want to do when we say we're going to do it do on the exact day. And this creates a loss of faith with our shareholders, which we do understand. It is not our objective to dissappoint you.

For this reason we have cut back on hotline messages and are considering doing away with it alltogether. In the future when we have announcements to make, they will appear in press releases with no advanced warning.

For information that is perhaps not big enough to warrant a press release we'll post it on our website but only after it has happened.

When our programming schedule is complete, it will be posted on our website.

Since the Hotline was created for our shareholders it is up to you whether you wish us to keep it or discontinue it. We know from hearing from you that there are very many mixed feelings on this subject Let us know by email to info@qtelevision.com

Another matter we wish to address today is the question about the current share price, which so many have emailed and called us about.

We are not selling or dumping shares nor are we doing anything to negatively effect the share price. Please understand that we do not control the market.

For those of you who have been calling & emailing us asking us what effects we are having on the share price, the answer is, we're not doing anything. We want it to go up as much as you do, we do not control the market. We do not know why the stock is at its current level.

We hope that this answers a lot of the questions that you have in your emails to us. We have over 300 and can't possibly answer all of them so we do hope that this helps.

Thank you so much.

July 29, 2004 3rd Update 1min. 37sec.(est.)

Hi Thank you for calling Q Television.

We'd like to thank all of you who responded so quickly and in such high volume to our request for information as to whether or not you would like the hotline continued.

Although we've recieved a mixed response, we do feel that the majority of shareholders would really prefer that we stop for all of the reasons that we discussed previously. Particularly that it provides to much information to the day traders. And we certainly dont want to encourange them.

We listen to you, we appreciate your input and we are going to discontinue the hotline as of today.

Franks idea is to use this line to run sound bites of some of our new programming. That would be audio exerts of some of the fresh new programming thats currently in production here at Q.

One of those is called Wow, its a woman on woman talk show format, another is a gay history program. We also have a fabulous new program coming on called Q on the move which will cover all the current events in the gay & lesbian community all over the country.

I think we're also going to have a music video program which is going to be quite exciting. As well as many other fresh new programs that are currently in production and if we're able to, we will run some audio exerts or as Frank says, "sound bites", on this line in the near future.

I dont know when they'll be available but we'll certianly post it on the website.

So keep checking out the website at www.qtelevision.com and thats it for us at the hotline so..check out the website and stay tuned.
