One Voice Technologies' Media Center Communicator Demonstrated in Microsoft Windows Hardware Showcase at WinHEC 2004

***

High-Tech Writers / Business Editors SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WinHEC 2004-- One Voice Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced that Microsoft will be demonstrating One Voice Technologies' soon-to-be released Media Center Communicator(TM) in the Windows Hardware Showcase at the 2004 Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC). WinHEC brings the PC industry together each year to explore the future for the Windows platform and is being held May 4-7, 2004 in Seattle at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The Windows Hardware Showcase will enable visitors to see firsthand what the future holds for Windows-based solutions. One Voice's Media Center Communicator, scheduled for release mid-summer 2004, seamlessly integrates with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 by adding a complete communications package including sending and reading e-mail, SMS text messaging to mobile phones, instant messaging, PC-to-phone calling and a full-featured voice command user interface. Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 is available pre-installed on Media Center PCs and delivers advanced computing, plus easy-to-use integrated digital entertainment including live and recorded television, movies, music, photos and radio. The customer's digital media is all in one place, accessible on either a PC monitor or television display, using a single remote control. "Media Center PCs provide consumers with easy access to all their favorite digital entertainment," said Brad Brooks, director of marketing in the Windows Division at Microsoft Corp. "We are excited to see companies like One Voice continuing to add value to the platform by developing innovative, integrated solutions like the Media Center Communicator voice-command system." "We are glad to have been selected by Microsoft and showcased in their Windows Hardware Showcase," said Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice. "Our Media Center Communicator offers an amazing multimedia and communications experience. Imagine walking into your family room and speaking into your remote control to play music, watch TV, read and send e-mail, call to order a pizza or instant message a friend. Our Media Center Communicator delivers on this vision and will be available to consumers this summer." About Windows XP Media Center Edition Microsoft Windows XP Media

this has been trading very heavily all week....
it is now climbing to the top of the OTCBB biggest gainers board....and has by far the most trades of the big %age gainers...
it still has a long way to go...
the PPS has been holding fairly steady until this morning...
the charts (LONG and SHORT),the PR, and the SEC filings all support a steady climb right out of this boards range...
good luck...

Best I can hope for Friday is a small retrace from profit taking followed by a rebound I guess.

Nuke,

IMO this will run up allday Friday. obviously there will be stalls and retraces to jump in at, just pick them wisely.

I can see this one running for a few more days!

Usually good buying opportunities on runners like this one present themselves after a retrace from gapping up. Hopefully this will be a good opportunity for me to buy.

I will have this one at the top of my watch list for sure. Should be interesting.

I've been in this one deep since tuesday (?) and I bought more shares at the last retrace before the close. It can be done at all times. I'm sure there will be a retrace in the morning though.

This is nice to see. Last run I sold way too early, when it started to retrace towards the close I sold and then it bounced and kept going. I bought back higher. Anyone have a good idea of where this can go? I don't want to make the same mistake again. Thanks-Debi

1st stop is at .09 - .11
then if MSFT link is confirmed with some real agreement i suppose that a return to .30 - .40 (as it was in 2002) is not impossible

As i already written TIGR went from .06 to .65 in 2 months after a similar exibit with Microsoft

I read this on another board and thought it was worth passing on:
---------------------------------------------I've been in this stock for a (frustratingly) long time now. I know long term isn't the name of the game on this board, but the potential here is beyond your wildest imaginations. Back in its day, without revenue, the stock was at $27 with OS of 18 million. Now the OS is 180,000,000. With revenue coming in, and MSFT on board, there is no reason this stock couldn't achieve it's alltime high (ie $2.70).

Do the research, read the SEC filings and press releases. I'm telling you all, this could be the perfect storm. Good luck to all with all of your trades.
---------------------------------------------
My comments-I don't know where it will end up but I do think keeping some 'free shares' along with some profits is a good way to 'play this'. I think the best stock I could compare this too from recent history is TRBY-they spiked to .10 or .11 and have drifted lower. This may spike higher since their news is bigger but the share counts are similar and this is the penny markets.

I might actually invest in them and the rest of you can go short. If I buy some the price will drop to .001 in short order.

---------------------------------------------Blind-We can't short OTC stocks but some offshore and Canadian accounts possibly can. But with the type of news that they have and more is expected this this wouldn't last long under a nickle. I bought some more today at .056 and .065 and it has fluctuated all over. Very volatile, but if you watch level 2 this trades nicely and there are entry and exit points all over the place. I regret selling at some of the prices I have sold at. This will most probably hit a dime possibly today or tomorrow but you need a stron heart to watch it. The share count is reasonable, The product is needed and recognized as great so DD and maybe just take a nibble at some shares instead of a great big gulp.

_____________________________________________
Most of the people who post here are regular investors who live in the U.S. For penny stocks we need to own what we sell. So no short selling penny stocks period. Naked short selling is done when an MM or an Investor who lives in another country sells stock short and doesn't cover. This topic ought to be on a separate thread. ONEV doesn't seem to be a candidate for this problem at the present time. Only an idiot would short a penny stock with this low a share count that is expecting huge news. There is an excellent post on this subject at ****** with Bulls. It is definitely worth reading. DD-IMO-GLTA
PS -Since I posted about the volatility and good entries and exits the price dove to .058 and is back around .067 on the ask.

I was querying about news because I am long for the long term but was thinking of doing a little short term trading. If it is moving this week (as opposed to the lesser effects last week) on no 'new' news (than was known last week), do you think there will be a retreat from this level (0.75)?

just wondering about people's opinion. :P
