TTN DOES = QBID EXCLUSIVE STORY! - PrideNation is coming to local Time Warner Cable! "The community has asked for this for years and we're answering the call", said Program Director Corey White. "We think it's time that we launch a local show after our major 24 hour national channel launched back in December". PNN TV will air twice a week on Time Warner Cable in Palm Springs, California beginning in April. "We have so many exciting ideas for the show, many of which are already being produced", said PNN President Allen Edwards. "We've been producing national-quality content for years and it's been showing on our 24 hour broadband channel. Now it's time to show the local residents of Palm Springs what we're made of". TTN lanches april 1st PNN TV shows after the 1st of april in the us!!!! it confirms our hopes that the channel is lanching and they are getting the content needed for a 24/7 channel..... and pnn is olny a 1/2 mile from qbids new offices! it all fits IP: Logged

Could this be the 'news' that Qbid wants to PR next week? As far as I can see from quick scanning... this is PNN going it alone (even though they're yards away from QBID headquarters). There has been a rumor floating around that TTN has contacted Rosie O'Donnell to appear in some segments of their programming. The rumor appears to be partially correct. The only descrepency was that Rosie had contacted TTN and not the other way around. I was able to confirm this through a friend today, that works in the film industry. He called Rosies publicist, Cindy Berger and was told that Rosie is in communications with TTN and that she has expressed an interest in hosting several segments of their programming. She made a comment to my friend about whats taking place in San Francisco and that Rosie would like a venue to express her comments. His conversation diodn't last long with berger, but it definitely confirmed for me the rumors that I heard. And PNN is only going to broadcast in one town! salemm Member	posted March 06, 2004 00:42 Very cool news Doji! It might be PNN trying to 'up one' on QBID... beating them to airtime. Unlikely though... QBID has an agreement with TimeWarner... maybe not EXCLUSIVE agreement... but that would be '****ty' of TimeWarner to turn around and air stuff from a rival. Or maybe not. Maybe it's a ploy to test the market? Create waves? Gauge interest? If PNN and QBID could join forces... now THAT would be something. PNN seems to have an infrastructure already to reach the gay community (magazine, radio, etc... from their website). Anyway... this news woke me up a little. Thanks! salemm. IP: Logged

webman Member	posted March 06, 2004 00:47 OK 1 more reply SUPERMAN then I am going to bed. Couldn't stand it. IMO PNN and TTN are going to do this together. PNN using QBID as avenue to get into the states as wells as to become a traded company in the US. This is what I smell brewing. Too many coincidences. I am cancelling my .0026 sell(just 1/4 of what I own were for sale but not anymore!!). Uh Oh, now SUPERMAN isn't going to get a wink of sleep this weekend. Tooooo pumped up on the possibilities!! I hope this is TTN doing this. Quote from Frank on 4 Mar 04 in his PR release: "Triangle will have additional good news in the middle of next week". Could the Rosie or 1 April be the news or both.
