Rumor also has it, that once the split of ANUS goes through, PNUS and ANUS will be merging.

This could create waves of jealousy in the shareholders of PSY because of the once sought after merger of PNUS and PSY. Interesting concepts!

VGNA has been having problems dealing with PMS so i would think PNUS would be making a serious mistake tendering an offer to merge until VGNA resolves the current tension. i speak from experience having repeatedly neglected the need for timing the letter of intent.
