I was glad to see this today. It is about time that we moved up. I have been waiting for the beginning of next year for it to climb, but if it climbs earlier than I am game for that too. As soon a that test stratelite takes off, we will see the pps skyrocket.

i had brought it forward to my top watch list last week cuz of the (fingers crossed) test flight next quarter.

i wouldn't mind seeing a new 52 week high in the next month....

its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sanswire Networks, LLC, today provided an
update on the launch of the Stratellite prototype being built in

this thing is revolutionary, to say the least....

Keith...LOL.....no...I didn't sell too early this time!...still holding...hope it runs through Friday morning...I've been pulling long hours on some big contracts and haven't had time to watch...all I get to do is come home late at night and see my daily GTEL present! I'm off Friday and will be watching closely......I have to be back in meetings all day tomorrow so I'm flying blind until Friday......I'm scared as hell to enter a limit sell at this point. Chart and volume still look real good....crossing my fingers....BOL all.

yup....
i just try to give alerts...
i'm not very good at reading charts, but i am good at watching the trading quotes...this one was stacked with sells first thing in the AM...the MM's filled all of the BUY orders FIRST, and then went back to the sells....it never recovered from that...
it could change with a PR, but i expect to get it again a little lower than today, and no, i don't know when....

glass, I missed what you saw but sold on gap
bought on dip but sold that at .122 since it didn't look like it would run a third day.
?i'm good at reading turns, but how do your read trading quotes?
its on an uptrend now, will consolidate and play again and probably soon.

i use OTC charts....
it gives a historical list of ALL trades for the day(my lev2 from scottrade doesn't show historicals)
anyway....it's reeeeeaaallly EZ if you look at the quotes....you can SEE the buys and sells...and some things never change (more buyers or sellers?)

Here is an article. No new info but the word is still out there.

Florida company readies communications “Stratellite”
Posted Dec 18, 2004, 10:06 AM ET by Marc Perton
Related entries: Wireless

GlobeTel Communications of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, says it’s on target to launch its prototype “Stratellite” in the first quarter of next year. The Stratellite is a massive floating airship (though GlobeTel says it’s not a balloon), and GlobeTel plans to deploy a network of them, stationed 13 miles above the Earth, to provide wireless services, including WiFi, cellphone service and HDTV. The company hasn’t released any photos of the airship (though they have provided shots of someone standing in a hangar surrounded by a steel frame), and their press release includes the usual legalese disclaimers about “forward-looking statements.” So, we may have to wait a while to see if this is real, or if they’re just full of hot air.

Got this from another message board....

The agency is also asking for 200 million in fiscal 2005 to develop advanced systems to develop laser technology and laser radar, advanced discrimination, improved focal plane arrays, and a high altitude airship for improved surveillance, communication and early warning, the General told the Legislators.

i guess i need to splain....

i suggested this was a good buy at .075$

over the next couple days it went up to .13$ i sold it...even now it is still up more than 20% from the .075$

yes this is a good comapny, and yes it SHOULD double many times in the future....but it isn't going to go straight up....

most serious investors are happy to take 20% per year....
yes, the sky is the limit, and i play SOME very volatile stuff, but if you DD GTEL, and you see the size of the market cap, you should agree with me that 50% in a day or two was a phenomenal trade....

i think in a couple of years, this one COULD be right where SIRI is today.... that's why i never let it get too far down the watchlists....

Hello all,

I am new to investing and curious about these .OB and .PK stocks. Can these be traded thru ETrade or AmeriTrade or any online firm? Where can I find good place to start trading these "micro" stocks? I've been using Investopedia simulator to test my skills before going into the waters. With Investopedia simulator, I can't trade stocks under a $1.00/share. Are there other simulators out there that can handle "micro" stocks?

Thanks.

I use Investopedia Simulator. I am not aware of any simulator that can let you buy penny stocks. I don't use eTrade but Ameritrade will let you trade OTC stocks.
