I am wondering if I had a company if I could list it on the pinksheets. If i have plans to make a company and i need capital, can i offer ipo on the pinksheets for it. If so where do i apply for this.

Also does anyone know where i can get the incorporation papers for free

thanks

I looked at the application on the site. Has to be filled out by a market maker. Would I be offering IP on the pinksheet. I mean how often do companies open up on the pinks?

Try TSX venture exchange. www.tsx.com

Its a stupid to do IPO on a pink sheet.
thats gay. I never heard of it.

the only reason why some companys go on pink is because they got DELIST from the other major exchange.

Plus no real investors would trust their moneys on a pink. Only the day trader or the pumpers would.

My understanding is that it costs alot more money to create a new symbol and all that hoopla than just to reverse merge the company into a clean public shell. I think that buying a shell is the cheapest way to take a company public, but Im not an expert.

A shell is the cheapest way unless you are a lawyer in a public company that knows about the ton of paperwork to fill out.

************.com, offers access to Pink Sheet and OTCBB trading shells. We have a variety of shells available at all times. We specialize in sales of shells outright. The sellers that we work with offer 100% clean shells. No legal issues, no debt and no issues with the SEC.

Our shells are reasonably priced. Most shell sales involve a "daisy chain" of finders that mark the price up a few thousand dollars each. So, many buyers are faced with steeply priced shells because of the number of individuals involved in the deal. We have seen Pink Sheet shells marked up as much as $20,000 dollars just on "finders fees" alone. We have seen OTCBB shells go from $250,000 to $500,000 because 5 "finders" have marked up the price $50,000 each...

We represent sellers of shells... no daisy chain, no finders. That is why we can deliver a Pink Sheet Shell for $85K and OTCBB shells for anywhere from the low $200s up to $400K+ depending on the delivery and condition of the shell.

PINK SHEET SHELLS

We always have Pink Sheet shells available. The shells available are as described above; Clean, litigation and debt free. We have plenty of Pink shells available for cash sales. We will consider any equity deal as long as we can see a business plan and financials of the company that is planned to merge into the shell. And if we are doing an equity deal with you, then we will absolutely provide the IR/PR work.

Pink Sheet Shell Prices

We have plenty of Pink Sheet Shells available at $85,000 for 95% delivery of the stock. All shells come with restricted stock as well as free trading stock. As the amount of stock required above 95% goes up, so does the price. We can deliver up to 100% of the stock but for a significantly higher price.

Steps to Obtain a Pink Sheet Shell for Cash:

Fill out the form at the bottom of the page. We will give you a call and discuss your requirements. We can deliver Pink Sheet shells for cash as quickly as the client can produce the cash.

Pink Sheet Equity Deals:

We have Pink Sheet shells available for equity as well. We will need to see a business plan, executive summary, two-year audited financial statements if available and any other information that would be helpful in making our decision on any equity deal.

could anyone comment on the sponsorship listed under issuing on pinksheets.com

It says if a market maker fills out just 2 pages of a form you will be quoted on pinksheets.

Is there more to this that i dont see?
