Greetings all -

Just joined the forum today and very new to trading and just had a few questions that so far in my google searches i couldn't find.

I want to trade the micro-penny stocks but can't seem to find a site that does this. I'm only working with $1000 bucks to start and planning on simply buying a stock(s) and then selling said stocks in a month or 2 and then rinse/repeat throughout the year. I read some of the post in the micro-penny section here and keep seeing people saying "i just bought some" or "i'm getting some tomorrow" and just want to know where so i too can purchase. I check Sharebuilder (they don't deal with the micro-penny stocks) and I'm awaiting response from Choicetrader to see if they allow it or not. So again if anyone could answer any of the questions i've asked then it would be greatly appreciated, hoping to use a site that others here use for their Micro-Penny trading.

Thanks in advance all!!
Much appreciated

ChoiceTrade is the way to go IMO.

on another advice... don't trade micro penny stocks especially if your a beginner and do not know what you are doing... read some books on trading and stick to stocks in the big boards (Nasdaq, Amex, NYSE etc.). Trade stocks $5 and above and preferably $20 and above...

some shells you can hold...selectively.

I know that sounds funny, comin' from me--but that's my story... [Wink]

Well, I'm anticipating that holding shells will not be the strategy of choice for this dude [Smile]

A good site for shells is:

http://www.shellstockreview.com

A clean shell is worth holding onto.
Most other pennies I buy and sell within
a few hours to a few days at most.
I wouldn't hold onto anything in pennyland for a
coupla months unless it's a clean shell.

hey all

thanks for all the advice/tips, it's really helpful.

as suggested i will read up some more on trading and i'm definitely not ready for the shells. i am finding that there is ALOT involved with trading so i need to focus on one thing at a time cause i'm seeing all these different terms thrown around in other posts and confused to all hell so back to reading for me

again thx everyone for the tips, greatly appreciated [Smile]

I'm not reading any books (if you have any suggestions then i'm all ears), i'm mainly just learning about what all the terms mean so that i can get a better understanding so that i'm not completely lost when people use the "trader jargon". Also checking out the sites that people have listed, so basically i'm just trying to garner as much knowledge as i can. [Big Grin]
