So I have a business idea and am relatively young, so I would like to list my company on the pink sheets to get some cash flow.

http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp

Read the information, but still don't understand the whole process entirely.

Basically, it appears you have to have unaudited financials that you submit to a market maker. You have to get one market maker to list you on the pink sheets and may have to pay a monthly fee.

Now the big question is lets say a market maker will quote you, how do you issue shares, do you need a transfer agent to do that? Do you know their fees? Also, who sets the authorized shares to issue and how many shares can you issue at first and how many free shares can you issue to yourself?

PR's are around $800 each correct?

In the pink sheets do you have to send in to the market maker each quartertly report etc...because you hardly ever see anything reported when investing in a pink sheet.

Have you thought about calling or emailing www.realpennies,com for help or you can call them at 800-940-6559.It may cost you sum but it may save you time and headaches.I'd start with an email so you can have something to read and go from there...STIV,Starinvest,does about the same for chinese companies trying to come over here so you can give them a call at 432-682-8373 talk to Robert Cole.He may have an idea or nudge you in the right direction.
