I have spent five years and 1.2 million developing a solution to the number one problem is Florida's fourth largest industry. (Nationwide in the top 10). We have one patent issued, and another pending, as well as a world record recognized by Guinness World Records (TM) I am planning to take my company public to raise $15,000,000. My numbers show significant returns in 3 - 5 years plus great future div. I am looking for an underwriter who does this type of offering. It is one thing to go public, it is a whole different thing to make a successful offering.

To answer your question, I posted a question on a General Topic in a stock forum. The question was can anyone reccommend an underwriter that takes on smaller issues?
