I forgot what form is filed when a company plans to do a reverse split. DEF14A?

def 14-A is a "planning" might-not-happen; you get a hedzup to "possibilities" off that form

damn...ill definitely make sure to always look for that before investing.

If you see a 14-A in ANY PR stear clear.
A R/S is bad news no matter how you slice it.
