I recived a letter today from Td Waterhouse regarding a class action lawsuit for excessive fee's being charged and that i would be reciving a cheque shortly based on my account and trades that i made . Was wondering if anybody else recived the same , I did close my TD acct in sept and had it for 3 years . I find this real weird.

Because big corpartions hate giving out funds , when they dont have to.

well, if it was a class action suit and was settled then they have to pay what they agreed on. simple, it itsn't that rare.
