Seriously, look at OTCbb.com, Pinksheets.com or the go to yahoo finance bring the stock you want up and click on Key Statistics.

1)Call or email the company for current. 2)Some transfer agents for the company will give out that information. Find the transfer agent on the 10K 3)Find outstanding shares on the 10K and 10Q

Ask for outstanding stock, preferred stock issued and restricted stock issued.

Outstanding - restricted = float
preferred can be converted to common stock.
