To the newbies or even the oldies here is a web site where you can get brokerage evaluations. www.gomez.com e-trade was rated #1 as far as response time of 3.31 seconds. and they were rated #1 as far as success with a score of99.95. Scottrade who I have rated last place in both response time and success rating. After reading this artical I plan on going to e-trade
