PLKC- my streamer bid ask is .087 and .088Level 2 .085 to .095 anyone else having this issue, this is the first time with problem here. Keith

The reason is they are not using the same group of quote feeds.

Yes it can be normal when the Market Makers on the two dif feeds don't agree on the prices at any given time.
