lets say a penny stock you invested 2,000,000 shares in hits big and reaches $0.80 one day. if you wanted to sell all your shares at that price realisticly, would an order to sell usually go through given the huge amount of money it would cost ($1,600,000)?

YES providing volume supports quantity, however you should be taking some profit at several points along the way. Most people IMO
do this until blance of shares are free. At some point you must access where the price stops and get out.
