Mr. Roetheli is an entrepreneur who created and grew his own company into a $100,000,000 company and then sold it to a large conglomerate. Having done so Joe devotes a portion of his energies to investing in and working with early stage companies. In that regard, Joe recently invested $2,500,000 into the equity of the company and is providing credit facilities relative to product acquisition and related growth issues.
