Cyberlux Corporation (OTCBB: CYBL - News), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the company has formally entered into a supplier agreement with Spectrum Brands to deliver six products for its Rayovac trade name, two of which are for immediate delivery for orders that Spectrum Brands has procured. Something's going on alright. Dilution...on a massive scale. They had almost 2.9 billion outstanding on 11/23. By 12/30 the o/s was ramped up to 4.5 billion. That just about tapped out the authorized (5 billion) so they amended their articles increasing the common a/s to 10 billion and the preferred to 100 million. The preferred have a 10 to 1 conversion ratio to common.
I'd bail out while you can. .0001 is where this one is going to land and sit until they reverse split it.

heard there is news coming out on this one sometime this week. not sure what kind of news, but after their last PR it will probably be good. bid/ask around .0002/.0003 if you can get in at 2 might want to. goes to 3 and your 50% already. showing some good support at 3.
