There is no news on this company , but the volume traded was 176,497,813 yesterday (08/13/09)alone. It started trading at about 1:15 P.M. yesterday at an opening price of 0.0001 but reached 0.0003 as high and closed at 0.0002....100% change for the day. I really want to watch this one with CAUTION. Americana Distribution, Inc., formerly Americana Publishing, Inc. was a multi-media publishing company and wholesale product provider to media distributors, operating under the belief that consumers desire audio books, e-books, compact discs (CD)- read-only memory (ROMs) or a downloadable digital file in addition to traditional print books. Books were selected for publication based on information that the Company received from book buyers and from its network of wholesale distributors. As of December 31, 2006, the Company held license rights to over 500 titles. Americana Distribution has two subsidiaries: Americana Licensing Holding Inc. and Americana Imports and Trading Inc. Americana Licensing was a license and royalty management company, specifically for audio books. Americana Imports and Trading was an importer of rugs and furniture in the Midwest. As of December 31, 2006, the Company focused its efforts to locate a merger candidate for the purpose of a merger. Wait till afternoon. Right now, it's at 4,400,000. By afternoon, many would have research this stock and start making decisions.

No change today. Volume at 7,468,000. Let watch it next week if at all there will be any upward movement in price or volume. Have a great weekend.
