Finished strong up another 57% and counting. .0021 x .0023.
Heres the rumor going around and if it plays out oh my.
Quickie rundown....
A few different people told me EBOF is going to spinoff a company that plans on tapping into government stimulus funds via green energy. Said they were spinning this stimulus play into another shell. EBOF shareholders get stake, dividends to EBOF shareholders in new company restricted shares I'm betting.
I'm 99.9% sure the shell getting spinoff company is APDR. Same CEO, same address etc as EBOF and just filed a 15-12g Friday for APDR. So APDR not EBOF looks like better way to play this one. News supposedly out very soon.
