After Hours: $ 0.042 0.008 (+23.53%) Volume: 84.43 m 6:09 PM EDT Sep 29, 2008

What do the colors mean in the Level II/Depth data area?

In the first two columns of the Level 2 data area, the eight colors are simply used to separate the data . (based on price) In the third - Time & Sales - column (ie. the very right hand side of this area), green, signifies up red signifies down and white signifies no change.

The up and down arrows that appear in the Price columns of the Bid & Ask offer areas of our Level 2 data area are drawn based on the Bid/Ask delta value meaning that the specific Market Maker dropped or lowered their bid/ask value for that specific offer.

The "Exchange" identifier symbols are the Market Maker IDs for the various exchanges placing the bid & ask offers. Most can be clicked to view the details of the Market Maker.

What do the letters mean on the left hand side of the "Time & Sales" column?

The "Time & Sales" column of the Quotemodule tool displays the "Trade Indicator" code on the left side of the column. A normal trade will have no Trade Indicators.

Here are the original code descriptions:

a = acquisition
b = bunched trade - average price
c = cash trade

This did hit .028 once but that was in the first day. Different times though with the bailout.

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

The $32.9 billion in assets Washington Mutual Inc. (WAMUQ) listed in its recent bankruptcy filing could be much lower than initially disclosed because at least some are shares of company stock that's now nearly worthless, Seattle's Puget Sound Business Journal reported Wednesday. WaMu hasn't said how much of its assets are tied up in company stock, but on Tuesday it disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that "it does not anticipate that there will be any recovery to the company for the common stock interest." The Seattle-based thrift holding company listed debts of $8.2 billion in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in Delaware last Friday, a day after its thrift subsidiary was seized by federal regulators. JP Morgan Chase & Co. (JPM) bought WaMu's banking operations. If a large chunk of WaMu's assets is tied up in its stock, the pool of money available to the company's dozens of creditors will be diminished. WaMu shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange and now trade on the over-the-counter Pink Sheets, where they closed Wednesday at 14 cents each.

WaMu seeks access to $5 bln deposit at JPMorgan
Fri Oct 3, 2008 12:16pm
WILMINGTON, Delaware, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Washington Mutual Inc WAMUQ.PK, the bankrupt holding company of the failed regional bank, is seeking to access a $5 billion cash deposit JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) gained control of when it took over its deposits last week, a Washington Mutual lawyer said on Friday.

In first-day motions in U.S. bankruptcy court in Delaware, concerns about the status of the $5 billion deposit dominated the proceedings.

"It is our understanding that those deposits were taken as part of the transaction with JPMorgan," Marcia Goldstein, a bankruptcy lawyer representing Washington Mutual, said in court.

"They (JPMorgan) have indicated to us that they would like some opportunity to review the facts that are related to those assets," she continued.

Washington Mutual was closed by the U.S. government last week in the largest bank failure by far in the United States, and its banking assets were sold to JPMorgan for $1.9 billion.

In a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing this week, the holding company said it had $5 billion of cash deposited with Washington Mutual Bank prior to it being taken over by U.S. banking regulators.

Goldstein said the company had reached a "standstill agreement" with JPMorgan that would require both parties to give each other 48 hours notice if WaMu seeks to withdraw the deposit or either party decides to take any court action related to the deposit.

"Even JPMorgan might have trouble with a withdrawal request of $5 billion," Goldstein said.

The $5 billion could potentially be used to pay creditors of the holding company.

"It sounds very unusual for the holder of a $5 billion account not to be able to make withdrawals from that account," Thomas Lauria, a lawyer representing a group of note holders in the case, told the court.

The standstill agreement is in effect until Oct. 15, Goldstein said.

Goldstein also said at the hearing that WaMu was not seeking outside bankruptcy financing at the time, as it currently has "adequate cash" to fund the costs of the bankruptcy process. (Editing by Brian Moss)

JPMorgan to grant WaMu access to $4.4 billion in funds
Wednesday October 15, 10:42 am ET

NEW YORK (Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM - News) agreed to allow bankrupt savings and loan Washington Mutual Inc's (Other OTC:WAMUQ.PK - News) parent company to access $4.4 billion of its funds that may be used to help pay creditors.
WaMu's parent company can take back control of $707 million in deposits it had at Washington Mutual Bank and $3.7 billion it held at the bank's subsidiaries, according to documents filed with Delaware Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday. The agreement requires court approval.

JPMorgan agreed to buy Washington Mutual Inc last month after the owner of Washington Mutual Bank entered into receivership. Following the transaction, the companies entered into a standstill agreement limiting access to the deposits in order to give the companies time to verify the amounts, according to the documents.

Washington Mutual's holding company said in earlier court filings that it had about $5 billion on deposit with its banking subsidiaries prior to entering bankruptcy protection.

Creditor lawyers had been concerned that the funds in the deposits would not be available to pay back their clients. When the Seattle-based savings and loan company filed for bankruptcy protection, it listed $32.9 billion in assets and $8 billion in debt.

(Reporting by Caroline Humer; Editing by Derek Caney)

jordanm  - posted
Debt: 8 billion

Assets:
1.9 billion from JP Morgan for the purchase
4.4 billion deposits
Totals to 6.3 billion assets

Rest of the total assets (32.9 billion - 6.3 billion) = 26.6 billion

Not sure how much they are able to recover out of that 26.6 billion. If they recover something from the balance assets then hopefully we can make some money, considering its currently at .094. Good luck. Its pennyland.
