SPOKANE, Wash., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Critical Point Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CRPN) announces today that it has entered into an Option -- Joint Venture Agreement. This Joint Venture with Drilling Consultants, Inc. involves more than 24,000 acres of mining claims, State Leases and private property in the Uravan Mining District of the "Four Corners" area of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. The Agreement provides that Critical Point Resources can earn up to 50% interest in the venture, with an option to acquire additional interests.
The properties contain more than 30+ mines that have a significant production record of Uranium and Vanadium ores. The existing mine workings and drilling records indicate a substantial reserve of Uranium and Vanadium. The exploration and development potential for establishing new reserves is excellent.

If we keep the momentum and everybody sold nothing we can go between 0.15 and 0.20 with small volume.
I think some MM try to catch your shares. They can't load the truck with a float under 7 millions shares.
The company create a value for us and now Market maker realise the potentiel of this stock.
Bid still very strong and it's a good signal, also remember always this: only 2mm on the ask and two order at 2.00, This mean alot.
