this looks very interesting. CSTC is the new symbol issued for IMTD, and shares haven't converted over yet. Some hype on IHUB about Castle Technologies starting... and take a look at the L2!

lol I dunno wouldn't surprise me... seen just about everything in micro-penny land when a stock gets some hype. I'm waiting for it to come back down first. if it does maybe I buy.

I verified this as well. Brokers do not have them because T/A does not have them from the company yet.
Either the company is wrapping things up with the R/M prior to sending the T/A the certs.
Or, the comapny does not have enough and will need to purchase to coverthem,
Or Mark Kaley is a frickin genius and did this whole R/M becasue there was a short position on IMTD from old dealings and this move to CSTC forces their hands to produce the certs. Which hopefully they do not have and need to purchase on the open market.

How can the company apply for and get a new cusip # name and symbol change without having the new certs to effect the change (TA doesn't have Certs to distribute to IMTD shareholders)? If this is the case then how are any shares trading if there are no Certs?
If this is a ploy by Mark Kaley wouldn't it be considered a deceptive device?
