Continental Fuels, Inc. (the “Registrant”) was not able to complete its Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, by the close of business on March 31, 2008, because certain supporting documents required for the completion of the audit of the Registrant’s financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2007, could not, without unreasonable effort or expense, be prepared and provided to the Registrant’s independent accountants early enough to allow for the completion of the audit of the Registrant’s financial statements. Thus, the Registrant requires additional time to properly complete and file its Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.

I played this a month or so ago and am holding some freebies on this one. The company said reason for the drop was selling by some disgruntled former employees, if that holds true and it was not dilution this could have a nice bounce.

Not the best filing negative 95 million in revenue. Not sure why the huge cost of production to only have a gross profit of 2 million on 27 million isn't very good IMO. They need to cut costs huge to get this thing into a profitable company probably would take years not months.
